  • Do you work on commercial properties, or just homes?

    Both. We serve homeowners, rental property owners, and commercial spaces including offices, retail, medical suites, and multi-tenant buildings. Commercial work can be scheduled evenings and weekends so your business isn't disrupted.

  • Do you take small jobs, or is there a minimum?

    Small jobs are most of what we do. A single ceiling fan, one sticking door, a leaking faucet — all worth a call. If you have several items, send the whole list and we'll work through it in as few visits as possible.

  • Will you install something I bought myself?

    Yes. Most of our installations are customer-supplied fixtures, appliances, and furniture. If anything is missing from the box or won't work with your existing setup, we'll tell you before we start.

  • Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?

    We handle fixture-level work — replacing faucets, sinks, toilets, disposals, outlets, switches, and light fixtures using your property's existing lines and circuits. Colorado licenses plumbers and electricians at the state level, so if a job requires re-routing pipes, new circuits, or a permit, we'll tell you up front instead of taking it on.
